1. General

  1. The online store at https://doodadden.myshopify.com is operated by the owner of the Doodad Den brand (“we”, “the Seller”). Contact: our contact form.
  2. These terms govern orders, payment, delivery, refunds and warranty. By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase in your country and accept these terms.

2. Products and prices

  1. Doodad Den sells the products shown in the store; their main features, size and materials are described on the product page. The current product is a cat sleeping bag of quilted printed cotton with a sherpa (faux lamb wool) lining, closed on three sides, in one size (M, about 55 × 45 cm lying flat). Product photos are illustrative; small differences in the print position, colour shade and size are normal and are not a defect.
  2. Where you choose a print or colour per item (for example in a 2- or 3-bag set), the choice is shown in your order. We send what you chose; if a print is temporarily unavailable we contact you before shipping and you may choose another one or cancel that item for a refund.
  3. Prices are shown in the currency selected in the store and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free on orders of 2 or more bags and US$5.95 for a single bag. Import duties and taxes are not included (see the Shipping policy).
  4. We may change prices, start or end promotions and withdraw products; this does not affect orders already placed. When we announce a price reduction in the EU, we state the lowest price of the previous 30 days. The crossed-out price shows our regular reference price; for a set it is the regular price of the same number of single items.
  5. Set prices (for example 2 or 3 bags) are already reduced compared with single items and cannot be combined with other offers. We may cancel orders that abuse a promotion.

3. Orders and payment

  1. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail. Payment is made in advance using the methods available at checkout.
  2. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) in case of an obvious pricing error, unavailability, suspected fraud or if we cannot deliver to the address given.
  3. We may limit the quantity per order and refuse or cancel any order before it ships, with a full refund.

5. Refunds and warranty

6. Use and liability

  1. Use the products as described on the product page. A pet bed is not a toy: check it regularly and stop using it if it is torn or the lining comes loose; keep it away from pets that chew and swallow fabric, and away from heaters, open fire and other heat sources.
  2. Whether and how your pet uses a product is up to your pet; we do not promise any particular reaction.
  3. You use the product at your own risk and responsibility. We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse or from use contrary to these terms.
  4. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, force majeure or incorrect data supplied by the buyer.
  5. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  6. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence) or the rights consumers have under mandatory laws of their country of residence.

7. Content and reviews

All store content (texts, photos, videos, logo) belongs to the Seller and may not be copied without permission. By publishing a review, photo or comment about our products you grant us a free licence to use it in the store’s materials.

8. Final provisions

  1. We may change these terms at any time; the version published when you place your order applies to that order.
  2. If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
  3. These terms are governed by the law of the Seller’s country of establishment (an EU member state), without prejudice to the protection consumers enjoy under the mandatory law of their country of residence.
